Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 8 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 6 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the garlic cloves and leave them whole. Set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
