  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 4 sprays Olive oil spray
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper
  • 0 to taste Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, and slicing both the red and green bell peppers into thin strips.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Brown the beef in batches to seal the meat, ensuring each piece is caramelized on the surface. Transfer the browned beef to your slow cooker.
