  • 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Gently rinse and dry the mixed berries. In a large bowl, combine the berries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Toss everything together until the berries are evenly coated and the ingredients are well mixed.
