Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under cold running water.
Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and green bell pepper into small, uniform cubes. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Peel and finely chop the red onion. Add it to the mixing bowl with the other vegetables.
Chop the fresh parsley finely and add to the bowl.
