Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices Sliced deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally in half to create a top and a bottom layer. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Layer the bottom half of the rolls with the sliced ham, ensuring even coverage over all the rolls.

Step 4

Place the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham, folding each slice as necessary to fit neatly.

Step 5

Carefully place the top half of the rolls back onto the layered ham and cheese.

Step 6

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and stir until well combined.

Step 7

Using a spoon or brush, evenly spread the buttery glaze over the tops of the rolls, making sure to coat them thoroughly.

Step 8

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Step 9

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Step 10

Remove the sliders from the oven and allow them to cool slightly, about 3-5 minutes, before separating and serving.
