Ingredients

  • 4 bars Skor chocolate bars (or Skor toffee bits)
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Whipping cream (heavy cream)
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce

Directions

Step 1

Place the Skor chocolate bars in a sealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust. Set aside.
