  • 0.5 cup, crumbled (optional) cooked bacon or sausage

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Let it melt and coat the skillet evenly.

Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
