  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with a mixture of ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
