Ingredients

  • 500 grams Pork belly
  • 100 grams Pork liver
  • 100 grams Chicken liver
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Red chili peppers
  • 4 tablespoons Calamansi or lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by cleaning the pork belly and lightly seasoning it with salt.

Step 2

Boil the pork belly in water for 20 minutes or until it is tender. Remove from the pot and allow it to cool down before dicing it into small cubes.

Step 3

Prepare the pork and chicken livers by boiling them for 15 minutes. Drain, let them cool, and chop them finely.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, then add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
