  • 1 unit yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 units flour tortillas
  • 1 unit lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 120 milliliters sour cream (optional)
  • 1 unit avocado, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine ponzu sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.

Place the sliced chicken or beef into the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor.
