  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Flatten the chicken breasts by placing them between two sheets of plastic wrap and pounding them with a meat mallet until they are about 1/2-inch thick.
