Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak tips
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Pat the sirloin steak tips dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces, if not already pre-cut.

Step 2

Season the steak tips with salt and black pepper, ensuring an even coating on all sides.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and allow it to get hot.

Step 4

Sear half of the steak tips in the hot skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan to achieve a good sear. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and medium-rare to medium inside.

Step 5

Transfer the cooked steak tips to a plate and cover with foil. Repeat with the second batch, using another tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 6

Reduce the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter to the skillet. Let it melt completely, then add the minced garlic. Stir and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Step 7

Add the lemon juice to the garlic butter and stir well to combine.

Step 8

Return the cooked steak tips to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.

Step 9

Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the steak tips and stir gently.

Step 10

Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice.
