  • 2 Celery stalks, cut into chunks
  • 1 pound Baby potatoes
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Season the sirloin tip roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spices all over the roast to evenly coat.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until it develops a golden-brown crust, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
