  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers

  • 10 wooden skewers (if not using metal skewers)

1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

2. Trim fat from the sirloin steak and cut it into 1.5-inch cubes. Set aside.
