In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
