  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips and season lightly with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Prepare the cooked jasmine rice by breaking it apart with your hands or a fork to avoid clumping.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
