Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set it aside.
In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, heavy cream, and honey until the mixture is smooth and bubbling. Pour the caramel sauce evenly into the prepared cake pan.
