Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 24 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1.5 cups Snickers bars, chopped
  • 0.5 cups Caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cups Chocolate sauce
  • 0.25 cups Salted peanuts, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand.

Step 3

Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Step 6

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Step 7

Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars using a spatula.

Step 8

Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the prepared crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 9

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Step 10

Turn off the oven, crack the oven door slightly, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

Step 11

Once cooled, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to fully set.

Step 12

Before serving, drizzle the top of the cheesecake with caramel and chocolate sauces. Garnish with additional chopped Snickers and salted peanuts, if desired.

Step 13

Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan, slice, and enjoy your Sinful Snickers Cheesecake!
