  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and place it on a clean cutting board.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a paste.
