Ingredients

  • 1 bunch (approximately 8 ounces) Broccolini
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends of the broccolini stalks and rinse them thoroughly under cold water.

Slice the lemon in half. Extract the juice from one half and slice the other half into thin wedges for serving.
