  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves (minced)
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
