  • 4 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 large Yellow onion

  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Step 3

Peel and add 4 whole garlic cloves to the baking sheet.

Peel the yellow onion, cut it into quarters, and add it to the baking sheet.

Drizzle the tomatoes, garlic, and onion with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.
