Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices or small cubes for faster cooking.

Step 2

Place the potato pieces in a bowl and cover them with water to prevent browning while you prepare other ingredients.

Step 3

Chop the red onion into thin slices and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

Deseed and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
