  • 1 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for coating blueberries)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.75 cups of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 0.25 teaspoons of salt.
