Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Hot water

Directions

Step 1

Heat 8 ounces of water to near boiling (about 200°F or 93°C).

Step 2

Measure out 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers, 0.5 teaspoon of dried lavender buds, and 0.5 teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves.

Step 3

Place the dried herbs into a tea infuser or directly into a cup if you plan to strain the tea later.

Step 4

Pour the hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5 minutes.
