  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels. If they are thick, use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the blackened seasoning.
