  • 300 grams Silverbeet (Swiss chard)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes

  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 50 grams Walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the silverbeet thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
