Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Oreo cookies (crushed into crumbs, about 24 cookies)

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate (shaved or grated, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
