  • 2 fillets anchovy fillets, finely minced (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and red chili flakes, cooking for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
