  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a wooden spoon until well-combined.

Spread a large sheet of parchment paper onto a flat surface. Place the meat mixture on the parchment paper and flatten it into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
