Ingredients

  • 500 grams Large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 400 grams Crushed tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 60 ml Dry white wine
  • 150 grams Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, until soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.

Pour in the white wine and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly reduced.
