Ingredients

  • 250 grams Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100 grams Ground pork
  • 30 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 as needed for sealing Water

Directions

Step 1

Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2

Add the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped scallions, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the shrimp.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Take a wonton wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Put about 1 teaspoon of the shrimp filling in the center of the wrapper.
