  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small Lime, juiced
  • 100 ml Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
