  • 0.5 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 1 medium lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
