Ingredients

  • 300 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 300 grams Green cabbage (shredded)
  • 100 grams Carrots (shredded)
  • 50 grams Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the shrimp. Season them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Set aside to cool.
