Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Large mushroom caps
  • 8 ounces Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Clean the mushroom caps by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and scoop out the insides to create space for stuffing.

Chop the raw shrimp into small pieces and set aside.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
