Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 200 grams raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 100 grams smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the croissants in half horizontally without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket for the filling. Set aside.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
