Ingredients

  • 100 grams Edamame, shelled and cooked
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 30 grams Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set it aside.
