  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 pound Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until softened.
