Directions

Step 1

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining, then set the pasta aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.
