Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set them aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbly.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
