  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter is melted.

Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and translucent.
