  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread, cut into cubes (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
