Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
