  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 wedge lime, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
