  • 0.25 cup cilantro leaves (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 red chili (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sliced ginger, and red curry paste. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
