  • 1 loaf Baguette or crusty bread
  • 200 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined, medium-sized)

  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the baguette or loaf of crusty bread in half lengthwise and place the halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
