Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Raw large shrimp, shell-on
  • 8 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 whole Lemon, sliced
  • 1 pound Baby red potatoes
  • 2 ears Corn on the cob, cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 12 ounces Smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large stockpot with 8 cups of water. Add Old Bay seasoning, smashed garlic cloves, sliced lemon, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over high heat.

Step 2

Reduce the heat to medium and add the baby red potatoes. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

Add the corn on the cob pieces and smoked sausage slices to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
