  • 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.

Transfer the chopped shrimp to a large mixing bowl and add minced garlic, chopped green onion, egg white, cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
