  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium lemon (for serving, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2

Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Sear the shrimp in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes per side, until just pink. Remove and set aside.
